Gorgonzola-cream pasta

Ingredients

200g Gorgonzola
200g Heavy creame
1 pcs Onion
Red pepper flakes

Instructions

Pasta

Cook pasta in salted water, al-dente

Sauce

Dice onions, saute in butter or olive oil untill soft

Add cream, and then add gorgonzola

Stir until cheese is melted

Add red pepper flakes

Season with salt and pepper
