Salsa Verde (Italian)
Versatile fresh herb green sauce
Ingredients
40g | Basil |
40g | Flat Leaf parsley |
2 tbsp | Capers (Salted) |
1 pcs | Egg (hard-boiled) |
as-needed | Canned anchovies |
as-needed | Gherkin |
6 g | Baking Powder |
1 pcs | Lemon |
4 cloves | Garlic |
as-needed | Olive Oil |
2 tsp | Red-wine vinegar |
as-needed | Green pepper |
Red pepper flakes |
Instructions
Mix everything except olive oil on a food processor, blitz to a rough texture. Add olive oil to the mix, emulsify.
