Salsa Verde (Italian)
Versatile fresh herb green sauce

Ingredients
| 40g | Basil |
| 40g | Flat Leaf parsley |
| 2 tbsp | Capers (Salted) |
| 1 pcs | Egg (hard-boiled) |
| as-needed | Canned anchovies |
| as-needed | Gherkin |
| 6 g | Baking Powder |
| 1 pcs | Lemon |
| 4 cloves | Garlic |
| as-needed | Olive Oil |
| 2 tsp | Red-wine vinegar |
| as-needed | Green pepper |
| Red pepper flakes |
Instructions
Mix everything except olive oil on a food processor, blitz to a rough texture. Add olive oil to the mix, emulsify.
